I have not posted in a looong while. Life events, work has taken precedence. News, i have a new addition to the family, a little boy who was born on 21 June 2006. Ibrahim Gibran. Posting the latest Raya photos of the children. Then I will move backwards.... up to the day Ib was born

Lunch with friends
|
|
Its been a while since we had lunch outing..... Finally yesterday, we managed to get to Bayou (in Plaza Mont Kiara)for lunch, thanks to Dora. Thank you again Dora for the wonderful lunch!
I forgot to take photos of the starter and main meals because, we were too hungry! By the time food arrived we were ready to demolish it!

Its Halim cooking class again This time the menu is as follows:-
1) Harissa Soup - absolutely scrumptious!
2) Grilled Lamb - what can I say.... I love lamb
3) Chicken Tagine - you can taste the preserved lemon. Delicipus
4) Mushroom cous cous - love cous cous
5) Fruit compote + vanilla ice-cream - can never go wrong with anything with ice-cream, but seriously the fruit was good on its own.

Dream Came True
|
|
I went to Marcell & Glen's concert at Sunway Convention Centre 18 Sept. Hazami, Dayang Nur Faizah and Nina (ex-Warna) were the opening act!
Farid, Diha & I went together and were the first people there! Talk about KIASU!! Pukul 6:30 dah ada kat sana. Had very quick dinner and were guarding the door by 7 pm. As you can see from the photos, I am a Marcell fan (understatement!!!!) So no photos of the other singers.
Achen came later with Zaila. Both looking hip and ready to gawk at Marcell
All of them performed suberbly. In terms of vocals, they are all on par! Marcell was very good a working the crowd (melts), his voice penetrates the soul. Glen was a fantastic singer and musician.
He is soooo ganteng.
