Its Halim cooking class again This time the menu is as follows:-

1) Harissa Soup - absolutely scrumptious!
2) Grilled Lamb - what can I say.... I love lamb
3) Chicken Tagine - you can taste the preserved lemon. Delicipus
4) Mushroom cous cous - love cous cous
5) Fruit compote + vanilla ice-cream - can never go wrong with anything with ice-cream, but seriously the fruit was good on its own.
